What we take care of
- The joint committee for your production, blue- and white-collar
- Passing on your hygiene and safety instructions through the job safety sheet
- Combining students, flexi-jobbers and temp workers to fit your schedules
- The student quota over summer and holidays
- Contracts and pay for every extra worker
Worked example
How much does a packaging operator cost per hour?
In the food industry, volumes follow seasons, promotions and year-end. For a packaging operator paid €16.50 gross per hour, here is the hourly cost with us, all-inclusive.
| Status | Hourly cost, from | 8-hour shift |
|---|---|---|
| Student | 21,30 € | 170,40 € |
| Flexi-job | 26,25 € | 210,00 € |
| Temp worker | 31,04 € | 248,32 € |
Students suit school holidays well. For year-end, combining students, flexi-jobbers and temp workers in the same schedule lets you keep up with volume without using up the quotas.
Indicative example excluding VAT, Payroll plan, based on a gross wage of €16.50 per hour. The actual price depends on the pay scale, seniority and allowances. Calculate your case.

We contact the workers who gave satisfaction first.
Usually JC 118 for blue-collar food industry workers and JC 220 for white-collar staff. We check yours before the first contract.
We pass on the instructions you give us to each worker before their first assignment. On site, protective equipment and hygiene remain your responsibility, as for any user.
The opening on 1 July 2026 covers almost all sectors, but each sector can request an exclusion. We check your situation before suggesting a flexi-jobber.
In our example, a temp worker at €31.04 per hour for 38 hours comes to about €1,180 excluding VAT.
